The following issues are being looked at for the Release version:

Video Options: In full screen mode in Win7 and Vista systems, a crash occurs which cannot be replicated in windowed mode.

WinXP loading: Some systems won't get past the loading of the first form which is extremely difficult to understand given that the development machine is using WinXP sp3 and none of the BETA testers with a majority of XP systems and subsequent Vista or Win7 have been able to reproduce this.

Music Volume Control: In the Artifact Entertainment Gold Release and the demo, the game music was in conventional CD format and had a perfectly operational volume control for both music and sound effects. Subsequently, the Pharaoh Productions versions as well as Decklin's Domain Ascension use mp3 formatted tracks for the music but the initial choice of Windows functionality had no volume control.
