The entire SW section of 18 consists of a fixed teleporter maze. To enter the maze, you use the teleporter at 17,17,18. There are 4 teleporters in each 3x3 room of the maze, one leads one room forward, one leads one room back, one leads into the same room, and another leads back to 18,18,18, the start of the maze. Here is the order of the rooms (listed by center square) and the direction of the teleporter you need to take to go to the next room:
