Some library info was missing on a couple of items, too bad library only remembers last item, and will overwrite good values with vague ones instead of keeping 'best' info.

Note that of 30 items in the list that 10 are dropped by dragons (7 of that 10 by dragon royalty).

I play SP mode only, so data on Ogre Lord might not apply to MP. In SP after you get the quest item from him he will afterwards tend very strongly to drop high level axes, and about 1 out of 4 times (for me) an ancient dwarven axe.

A good short route (in MP) for getting a lot of high level items: do lamurian royalty, then clear lava area on 27 (dragons galore, and always 3 groups of deathen dragons), then jump to dragon royalty and clear them. This will probably net you the most 'good' items per time invested, though whether you should server hop solely to do this I leave up to the judgement of the MP community.

I found a boots of traveling from a Shadow Wolf in the northern hallway of level 10 about a week ago. That hall seems to spawn some really high level monsters, and the drops there are fairly nice too.
