Both Ascension and Demise 1.04 are compiled and running in SP and MP.
There will be a character import utility included which will scan for Artifact Entertainment and Pharaoh Production installations as well as for the demo ... however it will only pick up installations that have been run using A-E or P-P installers. It will show you SP and MP characters and allow you to import them one-at-a-time into the new game.
It will also correct 'known' 'legal' items and monsters ( there are differences between the A-E and P-P versions ) so that everyone who upgrades to the new versions should be on a level playing field.
Over the next 2 months the new item and related graphics required by the new versions will be tidied up, the story-lines finalised and the installer tweaked. We expect the release date to be 'firm' !!!! |
